Noya is 1 year old & Lia is 3 years (and 1 month)

Missed me?

This has been a very exciting time for us.
On August 11th, Lia turned 3 years old. We had a nice birthday party (video here) and there was much rejoicing...
Yesterday we celebrated Noya's first birthday! and the rejoicing went on...

Noya was ready to jump on her birthday cake and I managed to stop her at the last second. She's a little daredevil.
Don't let that innocent face full you. Noya crawls everywhere fast and stands holding on to things. She likes to pull pumpkin's tail (let's face it, by now this is a family tradition) and run into the fridge whenever we open it (in a way, that's a tradition too).

Lia is growing nicely. Her Hebrew is picking up and she says new words every day. Still can't say R like an Israeli (calls me ABA TZUL and before she goes to bed asks for שני סיפולים- two stolies). More than anything else, she is a wonderful sister for Noya.

Lia started riding her bike and she likes that very much. She is really good at it too, as you can see in the clip below.

As always, there are more movies on Ovi:
Lia singing songs at dinner time
Noya's best moments
Just some lovely moments (featuring Libby)- see also the Lazar Chronicles
Finally, some more pictures from our life. The heat is slowly fading which allowed us to go hike a bit, as you can see in the slideshow below. We are patiently waiting to do some more of that, but so far have been a bit too busy to travel much.

Oh my gosh, Tzur! This is such a great way to keep us updated on your new life. We love being able to see how the girls are growing up in this way. They are adorable. I love the picture of Noya at the top crinkling her nose - so funny and cute!
WE LOVE YOU!

Hi...I haven't seen photos since Lia was a newborn. They really look like you guys(go figure), but that is profound every time to me. It was nice seeing you albeit briefly at M&S's wedding. Take care
